You sign and confirm
We send you a DocuSign booking authorization — one document showing the full itinerary, airfare amount, our booking fee, fare rules, and exactly how each charge will appear on your statement. You review everything and e-sign. Nothing is charged until we have your signed document.

Your total
The amount you sign and authorize via DocuSign e-signature.
Your airfare is issued and charged either by the airline directly or by one of our accredited ticketing partners that books through the airline's reservation system. The company that charges your card can vary by itinerary. Before any charge is processed, we send you a signed booking authorization via DocuSign detailing exactly which company will charge your card for the airfare, the exact amount, and how the charge will appear on your statement. AirfareHub charges only its own booking fee, shown separately as AIRFAREHUB.

Booking-fee refunds
Refunds on our booking fee are determined by our refund policy. If we're unable to ticket your trip or if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
