Business Identity

AirfareHub is a registered DBA (Doing Business As) of SL Distributors LLC, a US-registered business entity. Our principal place of business is 261 Griffith Street, Jersey City, NJ 07307.

We operate as an independent travel agency and intermediary. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any airline or airline group.

We specialize in air travel only. We do not offer or book hotels, vacation packages, or holiday packages.

Ticketing Structure

Your airfare is issued and charged either by the airline directly or by one of our accredited ticketing partners that books through the airline's reservation system. The company that charges your card can vary by itinerary. Before any charge is processed, we send you a signed booking authorization via DocuSign detailing exactly which company will charge your card for the airfare, the exact amount, and how the charge will appear on your statement. AirfareHub charges only its own booking fee, shown separately as AIRFAREHUB.

Seller of Travel Registration

Certain US states require travel sellers to register or obtain a seller of travel license before selling travel to residents of those states. The applicability of these requirements to SL Distributors LLC is a matter under review with legal counsel. We commit to complying with all applicable seller-of-travel registration requirements prior to transacting with residents of regulated states.

Consumer Protection Commitments

  • No card is charged without a signed booking authorization document, executed via DocuSign e-signature, confirming the exact itinerary and charge amounts.
  • Every signed authorization includes a full audit trail — signer email, IP address, timestamp, and a tamper-proof Certificate of Completion — retained on file for a minimum of 3 years.
  • All charges are disclosed as separate line items before authorization.
  • The company charging your card for the airfare, the exact amount, and the statement descriptor are disclosed in writing before any charge is made.
  • We do not engage in bait-and-switch pricing: once authorized, amounts do not change.
  • We do not make claims about accreditation or association that are not accurate.
  • We specialize in air travel only. We do not offer or book hotels, vacation packages, or holiday packages.

Our Authorized Booking Model

AirfareHub operates on an Authorized Booking Model. No booking is confirmed and no payment is processed without the customer first reviewing and e-signing a complete booking authorization document via DocuSign. This document details every charge, every fare rule, and every billing descriptor before any transaction occurs. This model is our core consumer protection commitment and our primary chargeback prevention mechanism.

Payment Processing

The AirfareHub booking fee is processed through our merchant account and appears on customer statements as AIRFAREHUB. The airfare portion is charged separately — either by the airline directly or by the ticketing partner. We do not commingle these funds.
