  1. Tell us about your trip

    Share your destinations, dates, cabin preference and travel priorities through our flight request form or by phone.

  2. A specialist compares the journey

    We review available itinerary options around routing, schedules, connections and the priorities you've shared with us.

  3. Review your flight option

    We provide the relevant itinerary and pricing information. You can review the flight details and ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.

  4. Review and authorize the booking

    Before ticketing, you receive the booking details for authorization through DocuSign. This includes the itinerary, relevant fare conditions and charge information.

    • Where separate charges apply, the airfare charge and AirfareHub service fee are identified individually.
    • Nothing is processed until your signed booking authorization is received.

  5. Ticketing is coordinated

    After authorization, AirfareHub coordinates ticket issuance with the airline or ticketing provider involved in the itinerary.

  6. Receive your e-ticket

    Once the ticket is issued, your booking confirmation and e-ticket details are delivered electronically.

  • How the AirfareHub charge will appear on your statement

If you booked through AirfareHub, contact our support team with your booking reference. We can review the booking details and available change or cancellation options based on the airline and fare conditions associated with your ticket.
