Frequently asked questions.
What does AirfareHub do?
AirfareHub helps travelers compare flight itineraries and coordinate air travel bookings. Our service is particularly suited to international, multi-city, premium cabin and schedule-sensitive travel.
Is AirfareHub an airline?
No. AirfareHub is an independent travel agency and a registered DBA of SL Distributors LLC. We are not an airline or affiliated with an airline.
Can I book a flight directly on the website?
AirfareHub uses a request-based booking process rather than a self-service flight booking engine. Submit your travel details and a flight specialist will contact you regarding itinerary options.
How do I request flight options?
Complete the flight request form or call +1 (877) 924-7327. Tell us your route, dates, cabin preference and any travel priorities that matter to you.
Can AirfareHub help with international flights?
Yes. We help compare international itineraries around routing, connection schedules, total travel time and relevant fare conditions.
Can AirfareHub help with multi-city trips?
Yes. Share the complete journey, including every city and preferred travel date. We can review the itinerary as a connected trip.
Can I request business or first-class travel?
Yes. Select your preferred cabin when submitting your request and include any airline, schedule or routing preferences.
Can I request a specific airline?
Yes. Tell us about any airline or routing preferences when submitting your flight request.
How does the booking process work?
You submit your travel details, a specialist compares itinerary options and you review the relevant flight and pricing information. If you choose to proceed, the booking details and charge information are presented for authorization before ticketing is coordinated.
Who issues my airline ticket?
The ticket is issued through the airline or ticketing provider involved in your itinerary. The relevant ticketing and charge information is identified as part of the booking process.
Why might I see two separate charges?
The airline ticket and AirfareHub service fee may be charged separately. The airfare is charged by the airline or ticketing provider identified for the itinerary. AirfareHub separately charges for its flight research and booking coordination service.
How will the AirfareHub charge appear on my statement?
The AirfareHub service fee appears as AIRFAREHUB.
Does requesting flight options cost anything?
No. There is no charge or obligation to request flight options.
How do I authorize a booking?
Booking authorization is completed electronically through DocuSign. You receive the itinerary, relevant fare conditions and charge information in a single document to review and sign before anything is processed.
When will I receive my e-ticket?
Your confirmation and e-ticket details are sent electronically after the ticket has been successfully issued.
Can AirfareHub help change my flight?
If you booked through AirfareHub, contact our support team with your booking reference. We can review available change options based on the airline and fare conditions associated with the ticket.
Can I request a cancellation?
Yes. Contact our support team with your booking reference. Reservations booked at least seven days before departure and canceled within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund of the airline ticket amount and the AirfareHub service fee. Outside that window, cancellation and refund options depend on the applicable airline and fare conditions. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I ask about a charge?
Call +1 (877) 924-7327, email support@airfare-hub.com or submit a billing question through our contact page.
What are AirfareHub's service hours?
Our team is available Monday through Sunday, 8AM–12AM ET.
