Our Service Fee

AirfareHub charges a separate service fee for the flight research, itinerary comparison and booking coordination provided by our team. The fee is presented before booking authorization.

What the service fee covers

The AirfareHub service fee covers the travel services provided in connection with your flight request and booking, which may include:

• Reviewing your travel requirements
• Researching flight itinerary options
• Comparing routing and schedules
• Communicating itinerary and fare information
• Coordinating the booking and ticketing process
• Providing support regarding bookings made through AirfareHub

How the charges are structured

Before you authorize

The relevant itinerary and pricing information is presented before the booking is authorized. Booking authorization is completed electronically through DocuSign.

When separate charges apply, the airfare charge and AirfareHub service fee are identified individually.

Requesting flight options does not create a charge or obligation to book.

If your plans change

The AirfareHub service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been completed and a ticket has been issued. Under our 24-hour cancellation policy, reservations booked at least seven days before departure and canceled within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund of the airline ticket amount and the AirfareHub service fee.
