Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before requesting a quote or authorizing any booking through AirfareHub.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at airfare-hub.com (the "Site") and all services provided by AirfareHub, a registered trade name (DBA) of SL Distributors LLC, a company organized under the laws of the United States and headquartered at 261 Griffith Street, Jersey City, NJ 07307 ("we," "us," or "our").

AirfareHub is an independent travel agency and is not an airline, nor is it affiliated with any airline. We are an independent travel intermediary that facilitates air travel bookings exclusively. We do not operate aircraft, hold airline seats in inventory, or issue tickets in our own name. All ticketing is performed by accredited third-party partners that access the airline's reservation infrastructure on your behalf.

By accessing this Site, submitting a quote request, or communicating with us in connection with a potential booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.

2. Service Description

AirfareHub operates exclusively on a request-and-quote model. We do not offer real-time online booking, live seat inventory search, or instant confirmation. Instead, you submit your travel requirements to us, we research available options from one or more accredited ticketing partners, and we return to you with an itemized written quote.

No reservation is made, no seat is held, and no fare is guaranteed until: (a) you have reviewed and accepted our written quote in full; (b) you have provided signed booking authorization for each charge; and (c) the ticketing partner has successfully issued the ticket through the airline's reservation system and received confirmation.

Availability of any specific fare, itinerary, or seat class cannot be guaranteed at the time of inquiry and is subject to airline inventory conditions at the moment the ticket is issued.

3. Booking Process

When you submit a quote request through our online form, by phone, or by email, you are initiating an inquiry only. Submitting a request creates no legal obligation on either party.

Upon receiving your request, we will research available options and provide you with a written quote that includes, at minimum:

  • The proposed itinerary (origin, destination, dates, and cabin class);
  • The total airfare inclusive of all government-mandated taxes and airport fees;
  • The name of the ticketing partner who will charge the airfare to your card, and the descriptor that will appear on your card statement;
  • The AirfareHub booking fee, stated as a separate line item, which will appear on your statement as AIRFAREHUB.

A booking is initiated only after you provide explicit signed booking authorization confirming you have reviewed and accepted both charges. signed booking authorization may be provided via email reply, a signed authorization form, or another written medium agreed upon in advance. Verbal communication alone does not constitute authorization.

4. Fees and Charges

Every booking coordinated by AirfareHub results in two separate charges from two separate parties:

  • Airfare (including taxes and fees) — charged by the accredited ticketing partner selected for your itinerary. This partner books through the airline's reservation system. Because AirfareHub works with more than one partner, the company that issues your ticket may vary by route and itinerary. The identity of the ticketing company, the exact amount, and the statement descriptor are always disclosed to you in writing before any charge is made.
  • AirfareHub Booking Fee — a separate charge made by SL Distributors LLC, doing business as AirfareHub. This fee compensates us for sourcing, quoting, and coordinating your booking. It will appear on your card statement as AIRFAREHUB.

No charge is made to any card until the customer has reviewed and signed a booking authorization document via DocuSign confirming the exact amounts. Amounts are confirmed in advance and do not change after authorization. Both amounts are fixed at the time of authorization and will not change after you have given written approval.

5. No Guarantee of Fare

Airfares are established by the airlines and fluctuate continuously based on market conditions, demand, seat availability, and other factors outside our control. A quote provided by AirfareHub reflects pricing available at the time the quote is prepared and is valid for the period stated in the written quote (or, if no period is stated, for twenty-four (24) hours from the time the quote is delivered to you).

If a quoted fare becomes unavailable or changes before you provide signed booking authorization, we will notify you of the updated amount before proceeding. We will never apply a revised fare without your explicit written acceptance of the updated quote.

Once you have provided signed booking authorization and the ticket has been issued, the authorized amounts are fixed and will not change.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the fare rules of the airline and the ticket type issued. AirfareHub's booking fee is generally non-refundable once a ticket has been issued, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SL Distributors LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services or this Site, including but not limited to: missed connections, flight cancellations or delays by airlines, changes in fare or availability, errors in airline schedules, or any act or omission of a third-party ticketing partner.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a specific booking shall not exceed the total amount of the AirfareHub booking fee paid by you for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Use of This Website

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically access content from this Site without our express written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this Site for any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to us or to other users.

9. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience only. AirfareHub does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site. Accessing external links is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those sites.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, layout, and code — is the property of SL Distributors LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. Airline names and logos referenced on this Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify carriers; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by AirfareHub.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or the services provided by AirfareHub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
