Our service

AirfareHub provides flight research, itinerary comparison and booking coordination services.

How a booking is fulfilled

1. Flight request received. You provide travel details such as route, dates, cabin preference and travel priorities.
2. Itinerary review. AirfareHub reviews the travel request and researches relevant flight itinerary options.
3. Flight and pricing information presented. Relevant itinerary, fare and pricing information is communicated to you for review.
4. Booking authorization. If you choose to proceed, the applicable booking and charge information is presented for authorization through DocuSign.
5. Ticketing coordination. After authorization, AirfareHub coordinates ticket issuance with the airline or ticketing provider involved in the itinerary.
6. E-ticket delivery. After successful ticket issuance, the booking confirmation and e-ticket details are delivered electronically to the contact information you provided.

Timelines

Flight requests are reviewed during AirfareHub service hours. Response times may vary based on itinerary complexity, travel date and request volume.

Ticketing begins after the required booking authorization is received. Ticket issuance remains subject to availability and successful processing by the airline or ticketing provider.

E-ticket details are sent electronically after successful ticket issuance. If you have authorized a booking and have not received confirmation, check your junk or spam folder and then contact our team.

Service scope

AirfareHub's primary service is air travel assistance and booking coordination. The current service does not include booking hotels, rental cars or vacation packages.
